【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoelectronicequipmentwhichcontrolselectricalheating.InthisEuropeanStandard,equipmentsaretestedtoverifyconformitywithtechnicalcharacteristicsofthematerialsgivenbythemanufacturer.NOTEIItdescribesoptimalstart-stopheatingfunctions.Itdoesnotincludecontrolsforstoragefunctionsandcontrolsforlowestenergycostbycontrollingthechargingoftheheatingsystem.TheparticularequipmenttowhichthisEuropeanStandardappliescoversboth:~stand-alonestartoptimisersorstart-stopoptimisers,takingprioritytothemaincontrollerduringperiods;~controllerswhichcontainanintegratedoptimumstartoranoptimumstart-stopcontrolfunction;~Electricalequipmentwhichincludesthisfunction,mayincludesother.NOTE2Electricalheatingsystemsabletobecontrolledbythesedevices(e.g.:directheating,mixedheatingsystemsincludingbaseandsupplement,typeofemitters,typeofstorageheatingsystems,floorheating...)areindicatedinthetechnicaldocumentsofthemanufacturer.Instructionstoadapttheparametersofdevicestothesystemstowhichtheyapplyareindicatedinthesedocuments.Theoptimumstart-stopfunctioncanbeintegratedwithinamaincontroldevicesuchasanoutsidetemperaturecompensated(OTC)controller.InthiscasethecontrollerwouldbeexpectedtomeetbothEN12098-3andthisdocument.Itappliesbothtoadaptiveandfixedparameterscontrolfunctionsandsetsminimumacceptablestandardsforfunctions,performanceanddocumentation.Additionalfunctions,e.g.:-adaptivefunctions,-tariffcompensatedfunction,forcostoptimisationapplicableformorecomplextariffs,includingmorethantwolevels,-functiontakingaccountothermeasuresandotherparametersintroducedsupplementaryparametersshouldbeabletobetheobjectofrequirementsandtestmethodascomplementtothisEuropeanStandard.SafetysystemsandheatingcontrolsystemsremainunaffectedbythisEuropeanStandard.TheactuatorsarenotcoveredinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverheatemitters.Thiscontrolequipmentcanbeconnectedtoadatanetwork.Inputandoutputsignalcanbeprocessedbyanalogueordigitaltechniques.

【摘要】:Intheutilizationofstructuralmaterialsinelevatedtemperatureenvironments,componentsthataresusceptibletofatiguedamagemayexperiencesomeformofsimultaneouslyvaryingthermalandmechanicalforcesthroughoutagivencycle.Theseconditionsareoftenofcriticalconcernbecausetheycombinetemperaturedependentandcycledependent(fatigue)damagemechanismswithvaryingseverityrelatingtothephaserelationshipbetweencyclictemperatureandcyclicmechanicalstrain.Sucheffectscanbefoundtoinfluencetheevolutionofmicrostructure,micromechanismsofdegradation,andavarietyofotherphenomenologicalprocessesthatultimatelyaffectcycliclife.Thestrain-controlledthermomechanicalfatiguetestisoftenusedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofsimultaneouslyvaryingthermalandmechanicalloadingsunderidealizedconditions,wherecyclictheoreticallyuniformtemperatureandstrainfieldsareexternallyimposedandcontrolledthroughoutthegagesectionofthespecimen.1.1Thispracticecoversthedeterminationofthermomechanicalfatigue(TMF)propertiesofmaterialsunderuniaxiallyloadedstrain-controlledconditions.Ax201C;thermomechanicalx201D;fatiguecycleisheredefinedasaconditionwhereuniformtemperatureandstrainfieldsoverthespecimengagesectionaresimultaneouslyvariedandindependentlycontrolled.ThispracticeisintendedtoaddressTMFtestingperformedinsupportofsuchactivitiesasmaterialsresearchanddevelopment,mechanicaldesign,processandqualitycontrol,productperformance,andfailureanalysis.Whilethispracticeisspecifictostrain-controlledtesting,manysectionswillprovideusefulinformationforforce-controlledorstress-controlledTMFtesting.1.2Thispracticeallowsforanymaximumandminimumvaluesoftemperatureandmechanicalstrain,andtemperature-mechanicalstrainphasing,withtherestrictionbeingthatsuchparametersremaincyclicallyconstantthroughoutthedurationofthetest.Norestrictionsareplacedonenvironmentalfactorssuchaspressure,humidity,environmentalmedium,andothers,providedthattheyarecontrolledthroughoutthetest,donotcauselossoforchangeinspecimendimensionsintime,andaredetailedinthedatareport.1.3Theuseofthispracticeislimitedtospecimensanddoesnotcovertestingoffull-scalecomponents,structures,orconsumerproducts.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
