【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofcontainer/pallettransfertransporterswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoself-propelledcontainer/pallettransfertransporters,withaseateddriver.ExamplesoftypicaltransfertransportersareshowninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:--loadingequipmentwithaheightadjustmentcapabilityinexcessof150mm;--transporter-loaders(singleplatformloaderwithtransportercapability,seeEN12312-9);--roller-bedtransportplatformsmountedonunmodifiedcommercialroadchassis.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandthetrafficontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoGSEwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTECertainmeasurementshavebeengiveninimperialunits(inparentheses)followingthemetricmeasurementssincethecontainers/palletstobehandledarebasedmainlyontheimperialsystem.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
