【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiestheinstallationrequirementsofnewandsecond-handgas-firedappliancesusedincateringestablishmentsburning2ndor3rdfamilygases.ThisSpecificationdoesnotapplytotheinstallationofdomestichotwater(DHW)boilersandairheatersincateringestablishments.NOTE1Thisspecificationalsoappliestotheinstallationoftypicaldomesticcookersorleisureapplianceswheninstalledincommercialcateringsitesorestablishments.Itisnotintendedtoapplytoprimarilydomesticpremises,e.g.thosesupplyingasmallnumberofclientsona"bedandbreakfast"basis.However,thegeneralrulesforhygieneandpersonalsafetyshouldbeapplied.NOTE2ThisspecificationisintendedtoapplytonewappliancesconformingtoBS5809orBSEN203-3asappropriate.NOTE3Thisspecificationcoversawiderangeofappliancessuchascookers,fishandchipfryingranges,fryers,ovens,cafeboilersandurns,bain-marieunits,tandooriovens,kebabgrills,steamers,barbecuesetc.NOTE4Itisessentialthatsecondhandappliancesconformto5.1.2.Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisstandardalsorequirestheitemsdetailedinClause4.1andClause4.2tobedocumented.Forcompliancewiththisstandard,boththedefinitiverequirementsandthedocumenteditemshavetobespecified.
