【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforexpandedperliteproductswhichareusedforthethermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperatureintherangeofapproximately–270oCto+650oC.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthefourtypesofexpandedperliteproductsPerliteAggregate(EPA),CoatedPerlite(EPC),HydrophobicPerlite(EPH)andPremixedPerlite(EPM),containinglessthan1%bymassorganicmaterialasdeterminedbyAnnexC.ThisEuropeanStandardisaspecificationfortheinsulationproductsbeforeinstallation.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribestheproductcharacteristicsandincludesproceduresfortesting,evaluationofconformity,markingandlabelling.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofagivenpropertytobeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Thelevelsrequiredforagivenapplicationaretobefoundinregulationsornon-conflictingstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverfactorymadeinsulationproductsofformedshapesandboardsmadewithexpandedperlite,anddoesnotcoverproductsintendedtobeusedfortheinsulationofbuildings.Theproductscoveredbythisstandardarenotintendedtobeusedprimarilyforairbornesoundinsulationorsoundabsorptionapplicationsalthoughtheymayimprovetheperformanceoftheinstallationintheserespectswheninstalledfortheirprimaryinsulationintendeduse.
