【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardgivesrecommendationsforthemanagement,design,setting-upandoperationoftemporaryelectricalsystemsusinglowvoltagea.c.electricity,fortheentertainmentandsimilarorrelatedindustries.Mobileandtransportableunitswithelectricalinstallationsthatareusedintheseindustriesarealsocovered.ThisBritishStandardgivesrecommendationsfortheprovisionofasafeandsuitabletemporaryelectricalsystemforaneventandthedutiesandworktoimplementthis.NOTE1Eachaspectoftheworkcouldbeunderthecontrolofadifferentpersonresponsible.ThisBritishStandardgivesguidanceonmattersofcommoninteresttoproducers,productioncompanies,eventorganizersandmanagers,freelancepeople,facilitiesandserviceshirecompanies,equipmenthirecompanies,equipmentmanufacturers,electricalconsultants,electricalinstallationcontractors,distributors,suppliersofelectricity,venues,localauthoritiesandthoseresponsibleforsafety.ThesystemscoveredbythisBritishStandardoperateatlowvoltageasdefinedinBS7671:2008+A1:2011andsupplyequipmentnormallyoperatingat230Va.c.or400Va.c.50Hz.Electricityatlowvoltagecanbetakenfromanexistinginstalledelectricalsystem,thepublicsupply,privatelyownedsuppliesorfrommobileorportablegenerators.DirectcurrentsuppliesareoutsidethescopeofthisBritishStandard.NOTE2Itisexpectedthatallelectricalequipment,switchgearunits,distributionunitsandcablesusedforworkcoveredbythisBritishStandardaremanufacturedtotheappropriateproductstandards,andthatthetemporaryelectricalsystemsandtheirusearedesigned,set-up,supervised,operatedandremovedbysuitablycompetentpersons.Itisalsoexpectedthatresponsibilityforsuchtemporaryelectricalsystemsistakenbyasuitablycompetentpersonreferredtoasthepersonresponsible.NOTE3Allequipmentformingthetemporaryelectricalsystemisexpectedtobedeliveredtositeaspre-assembledunitsthathavebeentestedandareknowntobesafeandsuitableforuse.Thisdoesnotprecludethemanufactureonsiteofsimpleunitsthatmightbenecessary;thoughthisistheexceptionandnottherule.NOTE4Inmanysituationstemporaryelectricaldistributionsareintimatelyassociatedwithmobileandtransportableunits.Insuchcases,seeBS7671:2008+A1:2011,Section717,forfurtherinformation.NOTE5ThisBritishStandardmaybeappliedtotemporaryelectricaldistributionsatexhibitionsandfairgrounds;seeBS7671:2008+A1:2011,Sections711and740,respectivelyforspecificinformationfortheseactivities.SpecializeddocumentsrelatedtoexhibitionsarepublishedbytheAssociationofEventVenues[1].NOTE6SpecializeddocumentsrelatedtotheatresandplacesofentertainmentarepublishedbytheAssociationofBritishTheatreTechnicians[2].NOTE7ThisBritishStandarddoesnotofferguidanceforhazardouslocationswhereexpertadviceneedstobesought.
